Quercetin

Quercetin is a polyphenolic bioflavonoid that inhibits cell growth and induces apoptosis in lab tests on human breast cancer cells and inhibits the development of both primary and recurrent breast cancer. Quercetin also suppresses angiogenesis and supports immune function. Quercetin has also been found to have an epigenetic effect in turning off angiogenesis pathways (Xioa, 2011).

Quercetin is recommended for supporting (Bisphenol A) BPA detoxification. BPA is a potential breast cancer initiator therefore it is a high-risk toxin. Quercetin supports the clearance of BPA from our blood and body tissues and is an effective detoxifier of BPA. Most of us have been exposed to this toxin throughout our lives.

Recommendation: 500 mg daily
