1 cucumber, peeled and cored
1 lemon, sliced
1 gallon puriﬁed water or mineral water
Cut cucumber into 4 long strips and place in a glass pitcher with lemon slices. Cover with water. Add ice if desired. The cucumber and lemon will last all day so after you ﬁnish drinking the water just add more to the pitcher. This light refreshing drink is so tasty you’ll be inspired to drink water all day long.
