Spanish Dressing

This light dressing is the perfect finish for summer salads.

juice of 1 lemon

4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

sea salt to taste

Simply combine the juice of one lemon, olive oil and salt to taste. Whisk together and dress your salad. Or you can simplify the process and sprinkle each ingredient onto your salad separately, then toss the salad well.
